Limited Warranty

Respiratory Health Technologies / Respyr^® warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance, or use not in accordance with product instructions.

Battery Warranty
The built-in battery is warranted to retain at least 80% of its original capacity for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase under normal use and charging conditions. Gradual capacity reduction over time is normal and not considered a defect.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage from unauthorized repair or modification
• Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and broken plastic
• Damage caused by use with non-approved accessories or power adapters
• Consumable parts including replacement filters
• Damage from operating the device outside the permitted temperature ranges

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Respiratory Health Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Respiratory Health Technologies's total liability shall not exceed the original retail purchase price of the product.
