How often should I replace this filter?

Swap your filter every 30 days, or sooner if you notice visible discoloration or debris, a musty or unusual odor, or reduced airflow during use.

Can I clean or wash the filter instead of replacing it?

No. HEPA filters trap particles within their fibers, and washing can damage the filter media and reduce effectiveness. Replace rather than clean for consistent performance.

How do I install the replacement filter?

Gently pull to separate the mask from the heating module. Place the filter in the round insert on the front of the mask. Reattach the mask to the heating module.

What does the H11 rating mean?

H11 is a true HEPA-grade filter, capturing 95% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns — including fine dust, pollen, mold spores, and some bacteria — trapping them in the filter before they ever reach you.

How many filters come in each pack?
